Automation programming

automation programming
We help you automate and monitor your whole plant, and optimise your electrical infrastructure for compliance, longevity and safety.

We have more than 10 years’ industrial automation experience in PLC and SCADA programming across water, power, food and beverage facilities. We know all the standard interfaces and controllers and how to programme and optimise them for increased quality, reliability, output and safety. Using accurate and reliable automation, we’ll minimize your equipment downtime, setting all your alerts so that key people are informed for 24-hour monitoring.

We help you solve any control system challenges, and because we are located in New Zealand, we can come to site to assess the situation first-hand. We’ll keep you compliant with New Zealand standards and regulations, across power and health and safety requirements.

Why choose SDS?

We understand complex sites

With over 20 years’ experience inside large facilities, we know best practice for water treatment plants, power plants and manufacturing. We work as part of your wider multi-disciplinary team to provide analysis and options for automation.

Efficiency & cost savings

We do the calculations for your processes to find the optimum settings and then programme them in to achieve better outcomes. With well-designed installations, companies can run their site with less downtime.

Design for H&S standards

Protecting workers on the production line is critical. We document new protocols for production lines to increase safety for workers.
